  1. Alarm message

Alarm message for wire cut machine includes five parts:

  • MMI (Man Machine Interface) Module: 1xxx
  • OP (Operation) Module: 3xxx
  • MLC (Machine Logic Control) Module: 4xxx
  • Interpreter Module: 5xxx
  • Motion Module: 6xxx

There are seven classes of alarm:

@0 error

@1 alarm

@2 warning

@3~5 reserve

@6 user defined

@7 user defined

When the class of Alarm in @0 and @1 is occurred, water, wire and electricity will be automatically shut. Alarm Clear in Controller can clear alarm message; nevertheless, please do not press «Reset» key arbitrarily lest processing reset.

При возникновении аварийных сигналов классов @0 и @1 подача воды, электропитания и электричества автоматически отключается. Функция сброса аварийных сигналов в контроллере позволяет сбросить сообщение о тревоге; однако, пожалуйста, не нажимайте кнопку «Сброс» произвольно, чтобы не сбросить текущую обработку.
